Convergint is seeking an Account Executive to grow relationships, uncover customer needs, and secure sales opportunities within enterprise accounts. You’ll collaborate with a team of engineers and project managers to deliver compelling proposals and win business while maintaining a strong focus on customer success.

The role rewards proactive sourcing of opportunities, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years sales or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop pipeline with decision makers and maintain target ratios.
• Lead proposal teams to construct winning proposals.
• Present proposals to decision makers and handle objections to close deals.
• Identify opportunities within assigned markets and collaborate with SMEs.
