Job summary

Convergint is seeking a full-time Fire Account Executive to drive new relationships, understand customer needs, and secure sales opportunities within our fire alarm and life-safety portfolio. You will join a dynamic sales team to grow a robust pipeline, present compelling proposals, and close deals with a focus on expanding profitability across healthcare, data centers, and government sectors.

Qualifications

Experience in the Fire Alarm industry with knowledge of NFPA codes and AHJ requirements.
Strong problem-solving skills and desire to learn and apply solutions.
Ability to build customer confidence and cultivate business relationships.
Proactively source sales and service opportunities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Account Development: sell to dedicated accounts across fire alarm services and maintenance programs.
Develop Pipeline: build business cases with decision makers to shorten closing cycles.
Proposal Construction: lead teams to create winning proposals with quotes and ROI.
Presenting & Closing: deliver proposals to decision makers and negotiate favorable terms.
Market Focus: identify opportunities in healthcare, data centers, federal, and education sectors.
Collaborate with SMEs: work with estimators, PMs and partners to craft solutions.
