Dinges Fire Company is seeking driven sales professionals to manage assigned accounts in Missouri and surrounding areas. This role emphasizes building relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers and delivering a high level of customer service to keep departments safer and more efficient.

All positions are 1099 independent contractor roles paid strictly by commission, with approximately 40% of gross profit on each sale.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present proposals of company products and services.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, electronically or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
• Participate in sales events and training.
