Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking experienced sales representatives to plan and carry out sales activities on assigned accounts in Missouri and surrounding areas. This role focuses on building relationships with fire and EMS decision-makers and delivering superior product and service delivery.

All positions are 1099 independent contractors, with pay comprised entirely of commissions at ~40% of gross profit on each sale.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• prepare sales action plans and strategies
• schedule sales activity
• make sales calls to new and existing customers
• develop and make presentations of company products and services to current and potential clients
• negotiate with clients
• develop sales proposals
• respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• follow up on sales activity
• monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• participate in sales events and training
