Dinges Fire Company is seeking experienced sales professionals to plan and carry out sales activities for assigned accounts in Missouri. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers, with a focus on a 'Help First' approach to make departments safer and more efficient.

Most salespeople operate as 1099 independent contractors, earning commissions with unlimited potential and about 40% of gross profit on each sale.

Qualifications

• Experience with fire service equipment knowledge is required.
• Knowledge of basic computer applications is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies.
• Schedule sales activity.
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers.
• Develop and present company products and services to clients.
• Negotiate with clients.
• Develop sales proposals.
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email, or in person.
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships.
• Follow up on sales activity.
• Monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management.
