Dinges Fire Company is seeking driven sales professionals to grow and manage a designated territory selling fire and EMS equipment and services. This role thrives on building relationships with decision-makers, planning strategies, and delivering compelling presentations to clients.

All sales roles are commissioned (1099). The ideal candidate includes firefighting or EMS background, strong communication, and a willingness to work independently with a focus on results in a dynamic, safety-focused

Qualifications

• Experience in sales planning and account management
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Familiarity with fire service products or EMS knowledge is a plus
• Ability to work as an independent contractor with commissions

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule sales activity
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers
• Develop presentations of company products and services
• Negotiate with clients
• Develop sales proposals
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person
• Ensure customer satisfaction and good client relationships
• Follow up on sales activity
• Monitor and report on sales activities for management
• Participate in sales events and training
