Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking driven sales professionals to plan and execute sales activities across assigned territories. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers and advocate a "Help First" approach to make departments’ jobs easier, safer and more comfortable.

All sales roles are 1099 independent contractor positions with commission-based pay, offering significant earning potential. Firefighters often hold these roles as a primary or strong secondary income.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of fire service equipment
• Knowledge of basic computer applications
• Knowledge of customer service principles
• Knowledge of basic business principles

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule sales activity
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers
• Develop and present company products and services to clients
• Develop sales proposals
• Respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, email or in person
• Ensure customer service satisfaction and strong client relationships
• Follow up on sales activity
• Monitor and report on sales activities and provide updates to management
• Participate in sales events and training
