Job summary

Dinges Fire Company is seeking sales-focused individuals to drive revenue as independent contractors. You will build relationships with Fire and EMT decision-makers, using your knowledge of fire service equipment to grow sales within your territory.

All salespeople operate as 1099 contractors with commission-based pay and the potential for high earnings. While prior firefighting experience is common, it is not mandatory, though recommended for product familiarity and credibility.

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales action plans and strategies
• Schedule sales activity
• Make sales calls to new and existing customers
• Develop and present company products and services to clients

• Develop sales proposals
• Respond to inquiries by phone, email or in person
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain client relationships
• Follow up on sales activity
• Monitor and report on sales activities for management
• Participate in sales events and training
