Job summary

Honeywell Fire is seeking a Territory Manager II to drive growth across Mississippi, Alabama and Georgia. You will serve as the primary commercial contact for installing dealer partners and distribution channels, promoting Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt brands.

The role emphasizes 80% dealer engagement and 20% distribution support, with travel across the territory and eligibility for a performance-based incentive plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of sales or related experience in the fire alarm or low-voltage industry.
• Proven success achieving sales targets within a territory.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm, life safety, low-voltage systems.
• Ability to establish technical credibility with installing contractors, integrators, and distributor partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and market-analysis skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~80% of time engaging dealers and 20% supporting distribution partners.
• Develop relationships with dealers, contractors, integrators, and distributor sales teams.
• Drive demand generation, project specifications, brand conversion, and revenue growth across Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.
• Support distributor inventory flow, branch counter days, training, and local sales initiatives.
• Travel extensively across MS, AL and GA.
• Partner with customer service, technical support, and product management to deliver a strong customer experience from onboarding through post-sale support.
