Job summary

Honeywell Technologies seeks a Territory Manager II for the Fire division to drive growth across Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt in MS/AL/GA. You will be the main commercial contact, balancing dealer engagement with distributor support to expand brand presence.

You will develop dealer and distributor relationships, pursue demand generation, and coordinate with service, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless post-sale experience. Some travel is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of sales or related experience in the fire alarm or low-voltage industry.
• Proven success achieving sales targets and growing revenue within a territory.
• Strong knowledge of commercial fire alarm, life safety, low-voltage systems, or related building technologies.
• Ability to establish technical credibility and productive relationships with installing contractors, integrators, and distributor partners.
• Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, territory-planning, and market-analysis skills.
• Self-directed, customer-focused approach and willingness to travel extensively across the territory.

Responsibilities

• Spend ~80% of time engaging installing dealers and 20% supporting distribution partners.
• Develop relationships with dealers, contractors, integrators, and distributor sales teams.
• Drive demand generation, project specifications, brand conversion, and revenue growth across Fire-Lite, Silent Knight, and Farenhyt.
• Support distributor inventory flow, branch counter days, training, and local sales initiatives.
• Identify new business opportunities via construction activity and market trends.
• Partner with customer service, technical support, and product management for a strong customer experience from onboarding through post-sale support.
• Travel extensively across MS, AL and GA.
