Job summary

Johnson Controls, Inc. is seeking a Life Safety Systems Sales Executive, Electronic, to promote and sell Fire Safety Systems in an assigned territory. You will prospect, qualify opportunities, manage the territory, and drive revenue growth while expanding existing customer relationships.

The role requires strategic account planning, accurate pipeline management, and strong customer-facing skills to meet quarterly quotas and deliver value to clients and the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of successful sales experience in Electronic or a similar industry.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or engineering, or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to acquire appropriate licenses required by national, state, and local codes.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with prospects and qualify potential buyers by scheduling calls and following up.
• Develop a sales strategy to understand product offerings and prioritize opportunities.
• Conduct seminars, demonstrations, and activities to generate and qualify leads.
• Prepare proposals and presentations and follow up to close the sale.
• Interface with district operations to support and improve service delivery.
