Job summary

Johnson Controls is seeking a Life Safety Systems Sales Representative, FIRE Electronic, to promote Fire Safety/Fire Alarm Systems within an assigned territory. You will establish contact with prospects, qualify opportunities, deliver presentations, and drive sales to meet quotas while coordinating with district operations.

The role requires at least two years of sales experience in electronics, the ability to read blueprints, and a Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of successful sales experience in Electronic Systems or similar.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Ability to obtain licenses required by codes.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Fire Safety/Fire Alarm Systems to contractors and end users.
• Develop a sales strategy, qualify opportunities, and maintain territory records.
• Conduct seminars and demonstrations to generate and qualify leads.
• Prepare proposals, make presentations, and perform follow-up to close deals.
• Report progress and metrics to operations and corporate teams weekly/monthly.
