Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to join the Dasher Financial team. This role builds new fintech bets from the ground up—testing early hypotheses to scaling into category-defining businesses.

You will own day-to-day execution, shape strategy, and build the P&L for a new product line, with early focus on lending and credit, while adapting to high-potential fintech opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (tech, fintech, strategy & ops, consulting, or banking).
• Track record of turning ambiguous problems into scaled outcomes.
• Ability to structure undefined problems and use data to decide what to do (SQL/Excel).
• Bachelor’s Degree; Master’s Degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Identify new fintech opportunities, size the market, and build the business case.
• Design and run experiments to validate user demand.
• Own day-to-day execution and work cross-functionally to take ideas from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for business outcomes.
• Scale promising products into sustainable businesses that improve Dashers’ financial health.
