DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations for its Dasher Financial team in the United States. The role focuses on building new fintech bets from the ground up, from hypothesis testing to scaling into category-defining businesses.

You will act as a GM-in-training, shaping strategy, owning execution, and building the P&L for a new fintech product line. Early projects may target lending and credit, with flexibility around high-potential opportunities for gig workers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a high-growth environment including tech/fintech/strategy & ops, consulting, or banking.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into scaled outcomes using data.
• Demonstrated end-to-end ownership from strategy to execution.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities, size the market, and build the business case.
• Design and run experiments to validate user demand.
• Own day-to-day execution and work cross-functionally to take ideas from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for business outcomes.
• Scale promising products into sustainable businesses that improve Dashers’ financial health.
