Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations for Dasher Financial to build new fintech bets from the ground up, shape strategy, and own execution from incubation to scale.

You will lead cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing; own P&L for a new product line; early projects may include lending and credit; this is a rare GM-in-training opportunity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (tech, fintech, strategy & ops, consulting, or banking).
• Proficient in SQL/Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities, size the market, and build the business case.
• Design and run experiments to validate user demand.
• Own day-to-day execution and collaborate cross-functionally to take ideas from concept to launch.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for business outcomes.
• Scale promising products into sustainable businesses that improve Dashers’ financial health.
