Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations to join the Dasher Financial team. You will build new fintech bets from the ground up, test hypotheses, and scale into category-defining businesses. You’ll own a P&L for a new product line and work cross-functionally to drive execution.

Executive leadership opportunities include leading lending and credit initiatives, shaping strategy, and partnering with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, and Marketing to push ambitious fintech goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in high-growth environments (tech, fintech, strategy & ops, consulting, or banking).
• Track record of turning ambiguous problems into scaled outcomes.
• Strong data-driven decision making; SQL/Excel proficient.

Responsibilities

• Identify new product opportunities, size the market, and build the business case.
• Design and run experiments to validate user demand.
• Own day-to-day execution and collaborate to launch ideas.
• Define success metrics and be accountable for outcomes.
• Scale promising products into sustainable businesses improving Dashers’ financial health.
