Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech or related customer-facing tech role.
• Domain expertise in Compliance, FinTech, RegTech is required.
• Strong SaaS/cloud knowledge, APIs, data sources, identity/security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Support net-new customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
• Translate customer requirements into Arctera use cases and solution narratives.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with defined success criteria.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, and Partners.
