Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an experienced Account Technology Strategist to drive customer conversations, tailor demonstrations, and deliver POCs that connect compliance challenges with Arctera-like solutions. You will partner with Sales and Solutions Architects to win new opportunities globally and contribute to ARR growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, compliance technology, financial services tech, or related pre-sales roles.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and RegTech domains.
• Strong understanding of SaaS/cloud technologies, APIs, data integrations, and enterprise architectures.
• Proven ability to translate regulatory/business challenges into technology solutions with compelling use cases.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
• Deliver tailored product demos addressing customer workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Engage with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Governance, IT and business stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Produce compelling use cases and solution narratives tied to business value and compliance.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Solutions Architects, and Partners throughout the sales cycle.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses and competitive differentiation in technical proposals.
• Help drive Net New ARR by improving engagement quality and progressing opportunities to closure.
