Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to drive Net New ARR by aligning Arctera capabilities with customer regulatory needs across the Americas and beyond. You will translate complex compliance challenges into compelling narratives, run tailored demos, and lead POCs while partnering with Sales and Solutions Architects to win opportunities.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech or related customer-facing tech role.
Experience in Compliance, FinTech, RegTech and regulatory challenges for financial institutions.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, communications surveillance, eDiscovery, data governance.

Responsibilities

Support new customer acquisition across the Americas and international markets.
Translate regulatory and business challenges into Arctera use cases and narratives.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing workflows and compliance needs.
Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear success criteria.
Engage withCompliance, Legal, Risk, Surveillance, and IT stakeholders.
Collaborate with Solutions Architect to win complex opportunities.
Support RFP/RFI responses and partner-led net-new opportunities.
Capture competitive intelligence and provide feedback to Product/Engineering.
