MVB Financial Corp. is seeking a Manager of Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead profitability strategy for the Fintech division.

This role partners with senior leadership to price client engagements, model financial outcomes, and ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. Based in the Mid-Atlantic area, the position offers remote options and requires strong financial modeling, forecasting, and cross-functional collaboration to optimize net interest and Fintech revenue, while

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or related
• Strong ability to build complex Excel models
• Knowledge of banking economics and pricing concepts
• Familiarity with Fintech and BaaS models
• Forecasting and unit economics analysis experience
• Leadership and stakeholder influencing skills
• Advanced Office suite proficiency

Responsibilities

• Own Fintech profitability strategy methodology and thresholds
• Develop and maintain financial models and projections
• Prepare pricing recommendations across fee structures, deposits, and terms
• Lead finance reviews during client evaluations and present to committees
• Communicate pricing requirements to Fintech team during negotiations
• Collaborate with senior Fintech leaders on strategy
• Serve as liaison with vendors, auditors, and sponsor banks
• Ensure data readiness for unit economics and partner performance
• Prepare rolling 24-month forecasts and share assumptions
• Guide Fintech and Finance personnel on work product
