MVB Financial Corp. is seeking a Manager, Fintech Pricing Strategy & Economics to lead the profitability framework for the Fintech division.

This role partners with senior Fintech and Finance leaders to shape pricing, deposits, and revenue models, and to forecast unit economics across multiple client engagements. You will own profitability models, craft recommendations for new clients, and present analyses to executive management, while coordinating with the Fintech Oversight Committee and

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, economics or related discipline.
• Strong ability to build advanced Excel models and forecasts.
• Knowledge of banking economics, deposits, and revenue drivers.

Aufgaben

• Own Fintech profitability strategy, including methodology and return requirements.
• Develop financial models to assess client profitability and provide recommendations.
• Prepare pricing for new Fintech clients across fees, deposits, and terms.
• Lead Finance review in client evaluations and present to Fintech Oversight Committee.
• Communicate pricing requirements to Fintech team and during renegotiations.
• Collaborate with senior Fintech and Finance leaders on strategy.
• Maintain profitability models and monthly profitability reports.
• Forecast Fintech performance monthly up to 24 months.
