Job summary

Aliaswire is seeking an Implementation Manager for a hybrid role in Burlington, MA, to lead the full implementation lifecycle for payment solutions. You will coordinate with Clients, Partners, Sales, Engineering and Product teams to ensure secure, high-performance delivery and smooth go-live.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in client-facing roles, fintech experience, and strong communication skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years in a client-facing consulting, project management, or implementation role
• Experience with payment systems or financial technology
• Working knowledge of project/ticket tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage implementation projects end-to-end to ensure on-time, successful completion
• Coordinate and prioritize engineering tasks required for implementation, integration, and product customization
• Track project status and proactively communicate risks, blockers, and timeline changes to stakeholders
• Lead all activities required to implement services: onboarding, test support, training, and documentation delivery
