Job summary

Flywire is seeking a self-motivated Technical Implementation Manager to guide client integrations from discovery through go-live, coordinating with North America Sales and Relationship Management to ensure onboarding excellence.

You will lead multiple implementation projects, consult on APIs, Checkout and Recurring Payments, run workshops, and provide post‑implementation support while improving methods and documentation for the team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical support, consulting or professional services.
• Experience with implementing and configuring software, preferably payments.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Familiarity with APIs or JavaScript libraries.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementation projects through discovery to go-live.
• Consult on API integrations, payment checkouts, and recurring payments.
• Run workshops and client syncs across stages.
• Provide post‑implementation support and continuous improvement.
• Document product integrations and coordinate with Product teams.
