Job summary

Octus is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own client onboarding from scoping to go-live and into a long-term partnership. You will configure the LevPro platform around clients’ workflows, manage data migrations, and train users to hit the ground running.

Applicants should bring 5-7 years in client-facing software implementation or project management, with fintech/SaaS experience and strong communication skills. The role offers a flexible remote or in-office model.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in client-facing software implementation and/or project management in fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
• Strong proficiency with software systems and data tools (e.g., Excel) and AI model usage.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for new clients, from scoping to go-live.
• Translate client workflows into system configuration and document details for clients.
• Coordinate and test third-party integrations with engineering and third parties.
• Lead training sessions and build documentation for client teams.
