Job summary

Q2 is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to carry out Fraud Intelligence implementations for financial institutions. This role interfaces with customers, coordinates technical tasks, and builds processes to improve onboarding. You must be a proactive self-starter capable of independent work and cross-functional collaboration.

The position is based in our offices with no travel required, and entails clear communication across teams and leadership to ensure successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with advanced degree or 5+ years with undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Strong written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Experience creating client-facing materials and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high volume of customer implementations; coordinate FI onboarding and educate clients on product options.
• Maintain FI project timelines and issue records; inform forecasting and mitigate risks.
• Serve as primary contact for escalations across engineering, support, and success teams.
• Design and execute implementation plans and documentation to deploy Q2 solutions.
• Improve workflows to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
• Provide updates and recommendations to leadership across teams.
