Job summary

Alkami Technology, Inc. seeks an Implementation Engineer to support configuration, implementation, and integration activities for Alkami Digital Banking products.

You will work across client onboarding, technical delivery, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet requirements and timelines. The role requires 1–3 years of experience in SaaS/fintech implementations, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring software platforms or supporting technical implementation projects.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies and technical issue resolution practices.
• Experience with relational databases (Postgres, MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
• Ability to analyze implementation requirements and apply configuration solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing multiple priorities and implementation timelines.
• Ability to work independently within established implementation processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience documenting technical procedures, configurations, and implementation activities.

Responsibilities

• Configure Alkami Digital Banking products and third-party integrations by applying requirements and specifications.
• Support implementation delivery by coordinating tasks, timelines, and quality.
• Troubleshoot implementation and configuration issues by analyzing system behavior and logs.
• Install, configure, and customize platform functionality per standard methods.
• Collaborate with project managers and client stakeholders on progress and risk.
• Perform testing and validation of implementation plans and configurations.
• Support vendor integrations by coordinating requirements and connectivity checks.
• Maintain implementation documentation and project artifacts.
• Analyze client needs and recommend configuration approaches.
• Provide post-go-live support and platform stabilization.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities with product, support, engineering, and customers.
• Apply security controls and quality standards throughout projects.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and knowledge sharing.
