Job summary

MVB Financial Corp. is seeking a Fintech Implementation Manager to lead client onboarding from kickoff through go-live. You will manage onboarding plans, coordinate across Compliance, Risk, Legal, and Ops, and translate regulatory requirements into concrete tasks within a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role is remote-based in the United States, requiring strong project management, clear communication, and ability to oversee multiple implementations with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in program or project implementation management within financial services, with fintech exposure.
• Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as day-to-day program owner for fintech client onboarding from kickoff to go-live.
• Create onboarding plans with timelines, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Lead kickoff and status meetings with clients and internal stakeholders to track progress.
• Coordinate with Compliance, Risk, Legal, Operations, and Technology to align requirements.
• Translate regulatory requirements into concrete program tasks and milestones.
• Apply onboarding framework consistently across engagements and share feedback for improvement.
• Support readiness reviews and go/no-go discussions for engagements.
• Provide regular status reports including risk and delay flags.
