Job summary

Flywire is seeking a self‑motivated Technical Implementation Manager to guide client integrations and onboarding from discovery through go-live across North America. You will lead multiple implementation projects, ensure successful execution, and deliver post‑go‑live support to maintain a high-quality customer experience.

You will collaborate with Sales, Relationship Management and Product teams to tailor integrations, document solutions, and drive process improvements that scale with client

Qualifications

• 4+ years in technical support, consulting, or related roles.
• Experience implementing and configuring software, preferably payment software.
• Experience with APIs or JavaScript libraries.

Responsibilities

• Consult clients on how to implement Flywire’s platform products including APIs, Payment Checkouts and Recurring Payments solutions
• Serve as the SME leading multiple client implementation projects ensuring they have successful execution
• Run workshops and client syncs as they progress through the different implementation stages
• Provide post-implementation/Hyper-care support
• Ensure a smooth customer experience by matching the products and Integrations to client needs
• Develop & maintain product documentation with Product teams, providing internal knowledge transfer
• Drive continuous improvement in implementation methodology, tools, and processes across the team
• Contribute to the product vision by relaying client feedback and pain points to Product teams
• Troubleshoot and resolve Integration issues by providing technical support for clients
• Play a role in fostering an ever improving culture and customer experience continuously
