Job summary

Airwallex is seeking an Implementation Manager to own end-to-end client integrations for enterprise partners, shopping carts, and payment gateways in San Francisco. You’ll translate business requirements into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to deliver on time and with high quality.

The role sits in the Merchant Services team, collaborates with sales, product, and engineering, and involves 3 days in the office, with hybrid work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Delivery Management or Project Management.
• 5+ years of professional services or client-facing delivery.
• Experience with global payment products or technology-led business solutions.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional projects with senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into end-to-end integration plans.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across onboarding, configuration, testing, and launch.
• Coordinate with legal, compliance, and product for sign-offs.
• Monitor time-to-go-live, risk and dependency management across programs.
• Partner with PMO to align delivery milestones with roadmaps.
