Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to engage with customers, translate regulatory requirements into tech solutions, and guide opportunities from discovery to Proofs of Concept.

You will design demos and run POCs, addressing objections and partnering with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Partners to win Net New ARR across the Americas and international markets.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or related pre-sales roles.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and financial services tech.
• Ability to translate regulatory needs into technology solutions.
• Experience engaging with Compliance, Legal, Risk, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
• Deliver tailored demonstrations showing compliance value and workflows.
• Lead trials and POCs with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Capture customer requirements and translate into use cases and narratives.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Partners.
