Job summary

Cloud Software Group seeks an Account Technology Strategist to drive Net New ARR by combining regulatory and technology expertise with compelling solution narratives. You will lead discovery, demonstrations, trials, and POCs for customers across the Americas and international markets.

The role requires deep knowledge of compliance workflows, FinTech/RegTech trends, and AI in risk management, with a track record in enterprise SaaS and complex pre-sales engagements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, compliance technology, financial services tech, or a similar customer-facing tech role.
• Demonstrated experience in Compliance, FinTech, and/or RegTech is required.
• Practical knowledge of regulatory compliance, communications compliance/surveillance, information governance, eDiscovery, archiving, investigations, or data governance.
• Strong understanding of financial-services compliance use cases including capture, retention, supervision, surveillance, discovery, and investigation of electronic communications.
• Experience engaging with stakeholders across Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Governance, IT, Security, and business functions.
• Proven pre-sales experience supporting net-new customer acquisition through discovery, demonstrations, workshops, trials, POCs, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Ability to translate regulatory and business challenges into compelling business and technical use cases.
• Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies, enterprise integrations, APIs, data sources, identity/security concepts, and modern architectures.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
• Bring strong Compliance, FinTech, and RegTech domain expertise into customer conversations.
• Conduct discovery with stakeholders to understand business requirements and regulatory challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling use cases and solution narratives.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing workflows and regulatory requirements.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives and outcomes.
• Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities, providing deep domain and product expertise.
• Capture competitive intelligence and provide input to Product Management and Engineering.
