Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to drive Net New ARR by translating complex regulatory challenges into scalable cloud solutions for the Americas and international markets.

You'll partner with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Product teams to deliver tailored demos, trials, and compelling use cases across compliance, surveillance, eDiscovery, and risk management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or related pre-sales roles.
• Strong experience in regulatory compliance use cases and financial regulations.
• Ability to translate regulatory needs into tech solutions.
• Experience with RFP/RFI responses, trials, and POCs.
• Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
• Experience across Americas and international markets is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets with Sales and Solutions Architects.
• Conduct discovery with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Surveillance, Information Governance, and Technology stakeholders.
• Translate customer requirements into compelling Arctera use cases and solution narratives.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations addressing workflows, regulatory requirements, and business outcomes.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with defined objectives and success criteria.
• Serve as SME for use cases involving communications compliance, archiving, eDiscovery and investigations.
• Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities and provide deep domain expertise.
• Identify and address objections that could delay opportunities.
• Support competitive opportunities by articulating Arctera capabilities and value.
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses on product capabilities and regulatory use cases.
• Engage with prospects from practitioners to senior stakeholders including Compliance Officers and CIO/CTO teams.
• Support partner-led Net New opportunities with solution expertise and enablement.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving financial services regulations and AI applications.
• Develop reusable demo scenarios, industry use cases, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partners to win Net New opportunities.
• Contribute to Net New ARR by increasing technical engagement quality and accelerating progression.
