Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to guide customers from strategy through adoption, with a focus on compliance, surveillance, and AI-enabled risk management. You will translate regulatory challenges into technology solutions and deliver tailored demonstrations to senior stakeholders.

You will collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, Product, and Engineering to accelerate opportunity progression and contribute to ARR growth.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, compliance technology, financial services technology, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or a comparable customer-facing technical role.

Responsibilities

• Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets, partnering closely with Sales and Solutions Architects throughout the opportunity lifecycle.
• Bring strong Compliance, FinTech, and RegTech domain expertise into customer conversations, helping prospects connect regulatory and business challenges to technology solutions.
• Conduct discovery with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Surveillance, Information Governance, and Technology stakeholders to understand requirements and desired outcomes.
• Translate customer requirements into Arctera use cases and solution narratives showing measurable value.
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that address workflows, regulatory requirements, and outcomes.
• Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives and success criteria.
• Serve as SME for use cases involving communications compliance, surveillance, archiving, eDiscovery, investigations, information governance.
• Partner with Solutions Architect on complex opportunities; address objections and guide progress.
• Support competitive opportunities by articulating capabilities and differentiation.
• Engage with prospects across Compliance Officers, Heads of Surveillance, Legal, Risk, CIO/CTO, and technology teams.
• Support partner-led Net New opportunities with solution expertise and enablement.
• Maintain knowledge of evolving financial-services regulations, FinTech/RegTech trends, and AI applications in compliance.
• Capture competitive intelligence and provide input to Product Management and Engineering.
• Develop reusable demo scenarios, POC frameworks, technical content, playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate across Sales, Solutions Architecture, Product, Engineering, Marketing, Partners to identify and win Net New opportunities.
• Contribute to Net New ARR growth by increasing the quality of engagements and accelerating opportunity progression.
