Cloud Software Group seeks an Account Technology Strategist to partner with customers across the Americas and international markets, translating regulatory and business challenges into technology outcomes. You will deliver demos, run trials and POCs, and guide customers from strategy through adoption and value realization, collaborating with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Partners.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech, or related pre‑sales roles.
Experience in regulatory compliance, communications surveillance, information governance, eDiscovery, archiving, investigations.
Ability to translate regulatory challenges into technology solutions.
Strong presentation and storytelling for technical and executive audiences.

Responsabilités

Support Net New customer acquisition across the Americas and International markets.
Conduct discovery with Compliance, Legal, Risk, Information Governance, IT stakeholders.
Translate customer requirements into Arctera use cases and narratives.
Deliver tailored demonstrations addressing regulatory needs and business value.
Design, configure, and execute trials and POCs with clear objectives.
