Amentum is seeking a part-time Biometric Technician in Ft. Myers, FL to support USCIS ASC operations. You will assist with biometric registrations, verify IDs, and help enforce facility rules while delivering frontline customer service.

The role requires English proficiency, the ability to stand for shifts, and the completion of biometrics training within sixty days; training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be able to obtain facility credentials; US citizenship required for credentials.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of the biometrics training within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration.
• Ensure entrants are approved applicants and visitors while assisting crowd control and enforcing ASC rules.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the US Government.
• Perform quality biometrics processing including fingerprints, photographs, and signatures.
• Screen applicants for valid appointment notices and identification for ASC entry.
• Maintain visitor control logs and complete administrative paperwork as needed.
