Job summary

HeiTech Services, LLC seeks a PART-TIME Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support USCIS ASC operations. You will collect biometric data and assist applicants in a government setting.

No fingerprinting experience is required—paid training is provided. Prior background in customer service, retail, or healthcare is encouraged. Availability Mon-Fri 7:45 am–4:15 pm for up to 30 hours weekly is needed.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Verify all entrants are approved applicants and visitors while ensuring adherence to procedures.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of HeiTech Services and on behalf of the US Government.
• Interact with the public professionally, remaining courteous and respectful throughout the process.
