Amentum in Fort Myers, FL, is seeking a part-time Biometric Technician to support USCIS Application Support Center operations. You will complete biometrics registration, verify applicants, and assist staff with crowd control and security.

The role requires a high school diploma, English proficiency, and the ability to work on site 20 hours per week with a schedule Monday through Friday. Training is provided, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain facility credentials; US citizenship required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Stand for shift duration.
• Fingerprint collection skills.
• Work well in a high-paced public setting.
• Complete biometrics training and become certified within 60 days.

Responsabilités

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration.
• Ensure ASC entrants are approved and assist with crowd control and staff rules enforcement.
• Provide front-line customer service on behalf of Amentum and the U.S. Government.
• Perform administrative duties such as tracking processing times and maintaining visitor logs.
