Job summary

HeiTech Services, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support USCIS at the ASC. The role involves collecting biometric data and delivering courteous service in a government setting.

Training is provided, and no prior fingerprinting experience is required. The position is regular PART-TIME, up to 20 hours per week, with availability Monday through Friday 7:45 am–4:15 pm for scheduling and coverage as needed at the site.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service.
• US Citizen and able to obtain government clearance.
• Must speak and write English.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for USCIS applicants.
• Verify entrants are approved applicants and visitors.
• Provide front-line customer service as HeiTech Services representatives.
• Interact with the public with a cheerful, respectful demeanor.
