Job summary

Amentum is seeking a part-time Biometric Technician to support USCIS ASC operations in Memphis, TN. You will perform biometric processing, assist with crowd control, and provide frontline customer service as a representative of the U.S. government.

Responsibilities include validating appointments, handling biometric data securely, and maintaining visitor logs. The role is 20 hours/week with a 7:45am–4:15pm schedule; health/welfare benefits apply under SCA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicant's hands for fingerprints.
• Successful completion of biometrics training within sixty days.
• US Citizenship required for facility credentials/authorization at this location.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Provide front-line customer service and enforce ASC rules and policies.
• Screen applicants and manage entry with crowd control and security procedures.
