Qualified candidates will have at least two years in fine dining, strong English communication, and solid math/computer skills. The role emphasizes attitude, integrity, and collaboration in daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Two years of fine dining experience preferred.
• Ability to provide high levels of customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Must read, write and speak English fluently.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of dining room servers and host/hostess to ensure service aligns with Talk of The Town standards.
• Assist with training new team members on fine dining guidelines and reservation etiquette.
• Ensure host stand is clean and properly opened/closed; supervise staff attire and appearance.
• Assign servers to reservation floor plan and monitor service during dinner.
• Handle reservations by phone and in person for dine-in and to-go orders; respond to messages promptly.
• Prepare for special events and assist during service as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
