Talk of the Town Restaurant Group is seeking a dining room leader to oversee servers and the host stand, ensuring a five-star dining experience. You will work to deliver friendly, efficient, professional service and empower the team to celebrate guests’ experiences.

The role emphasizes teamwork, communication, and maintaining Talk of The Town service standards while coordinating reservations and events across the dining room and hostess podium.

Qualifications

• Two years of fine dining experience preferred.
• Knowledge of dining operations and service standards.
• Excellent telephone skills and professional manners; strong math and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of dining room servers and host/hostess to meet Talk of The Town service standards.
• Assist in training new team members on fine dining guidelines and etiquette.
• Ensure cleanliness and proper opening/closing of the host stand and proper attire.
• Assign servers to reservation floor plans and monitor seating arrangements.
• Attend pre-meal meetings and assist during dinner service as needed.
• Make reservations by phone and in person for dining and to-go orders; manage messages promptly.
