Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Oversee all aspects of the fine dining restaurant's operations, including staffing, reservations, guest services, and overall guest experience.
• Team Management: Lead, coach, and mentor a team of servers, hosts, sommeliers, and support staff.
• Exquisite Guest Experience: Deliver extraordinary dining experiences and handle guest feedback gracefully.
• Culinary Collaboration: Work with the culinary team to maintain exceptional dishes and plating.
