Talk of the Town Restaurant Group, a family-operated collection of seven Central Florida restaurants, seeks a Restaurant Manager for its fine dining venues in Lakeland. You will lead dining operations, shape guest experiences, mentor staff, and collaborate with culinary teams to deliver refined service.

This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and wine knowledge. Qualified candidates bring upscale dining experience, a polished presence, and the ability to maintain elegance while driving

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in upscale fine dining.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep knowledge of fine dining etiquette and wine.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
• Ability to stay composed under pressure and make decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staffing, reservations, guest services and guest experience.
• Lead and mentor servers, hosts, sommeliers and staff.
• Ensure exceptional dining experiences and address guest feedback.
• Collaborate with culinary team to maintain presentation and menu quality.
• Manage budgeting, costs and inventory for profitability.
• Oversee wine and beverage program with sommelier.
• Ensure health, safety and sanitation compliance.
• Plan events, promotions and guest engagement.
• Train and develop staff and foster learning.
