The role focuses on operational leadership, team development, culinary collaboration, and financial stewardship to deliver outstanding service and measurable results in a high-end dining environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in upscale fine dining.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of fine dining etiquette, culinary arts, and wine appreciation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the fine dining restaurant's operations, including staffing, reservations, guest services and overall guest experience.
• Lead, coach and mentor a team of servers, hosts, sommeliers and support staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Maintain an extraordinary guest experience and address feedback with professionalism and care.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality dishes align with the restaurant's vision.
• Manage budgeting, cost control, revenue optimization and inventory to uphold profitability and quality.
