Qualifications

• State Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Series 6 preferred, and Series 63 (where required).
• Minimum of two years of experience in life insurance sales.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and engage your team of financial representatives, achieving sales goals established for your staff.
• Deliver training with ongoing coaching and mentorship to enhance skills.
• Monitor and evaluate performance, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
