Qualifications

• State Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Series 6 preferred; Series 63 where required.
• Minimum of two years life insurance sales experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and engage a team of financial representatives and drive sales goals for the staff or agency.
• Deliver training that enhances skills through ongoing coaching and mentorship.
