Qualifications

• A State Life and Health Insurance license is required.
• Series 6 preferred, and Series 63 (where required).
• Minimum of two years of experience in life insurance sales.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and engage your team of financial representatives, achieving the sales goals established for your staff or agency.
• Deliver training that enhances the skills and knowledge of your financial representative staff by providing ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial representatives, providing constructive feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, assisting in resolving client issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Collaborate to leverage incentives, benefits, and growth opportunities to attract and retain top performers.
