Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, develop, and engage your team of financial representatives, achieving the sales goals established for your staff or agency.
• Deliver training that enhances the skills and knowledge of your financial representatives through ongoing coaching and mentorship.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of financial representatives, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, assist in resolving client issues, and ensure high client satisfaction.
