You will recruit, coach, and develop staff to achieve sales goals while maintaining strong client relationships and delivering top-tier service across the organization.

Qualificações

• State Life and Health Insurance license required.
• Series 6 license preferred; Series 63 where required.
• Minimum of two years of life insurance sales experience.
• Proven ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit, develop and guide a team of financial representatives to meet sales goals.
• Deliver ongoing training, coaching and mentorship to staff.
• Monitor performance, set goals, and implement improvement plans as needed.
