Anthropic is seeking a Manager of Technical Deployment for Financial Services to lead and grow a team delivering production AI solutions for Fortune 100 clients. You will own engagement health, drive quality, and shape playbooks while influencing product direction.

This is a player-coach role with executive-level client interaction and strategic staffing responsibility. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to shape go-to-market materials and will travel 25–50% to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

8+ years leading enterprise AI/ML delivery with 3+ years managing people.
Track record building technical delivery teams in enterprise settings.
Experience delivering AI/ML/LLM-based solutions into production.

Responsibilities

Hire, develop, and retain a team of TDLs embedded in Financial Services engagements.
Manage each TDL directly with regular 1:1s and growth plans.
Own portfolio health, track engagements, and intervene when delivery drifts.
Own customer outcomes, manage executive relationships and steering committees.
Staff engagements by matching TDLs and engineers to each client.
Lead the most complex engagements when needed from plan to production.
Set delivery standards, SOW quality, and value measurement.
